BScN, RN Psychotherapist, IBCLC
You don’t have to do this alone.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, uncertain, or even just not quite like yourself since welcoming your baby: you’re not alone. Parenthood can be beautiful, but it can also be incredibly hard. The emotional, physical, and mental load in those early weeks and months can feel like too much, especially when it feels like you’re supposed to be enjoying every moment. There’s so much pressure to “bounce back,” to be everything to everyone, and to do it all with a smile. But the truth is, this season can be messy, emotional, and isolating and you deserve real support through it.
I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
I’m a mental health registered nurse psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience, having worked in both hospital and outpatient settings. I've had the honour of helping teens navigate deep anxiety, struggles with eating, body image concerns, depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how complex, tender, and vital mental health care is, especially during life transitions.
Of late, I support postpartum parents through that same lens — with compassion, presence, and practical tools. Whether you're facing feeding challenges, feeling disconnected, navigating intrusive thoughts, or simply unsure of how to cope day-to-day, I’m here to help you feel less alone and more supported.
I believe your mental health is just as important as your baby’s. Together, we’ll navigate this new chapter so you can feel more grounded, confident, and supported. Every parent’s journey is different, and your experience matters. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you find your footing.
Your story matters. Your feelings are valid. And you deserve and are entitled to care.
I offer in-person support in Markham, Stouffville, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, and Whitby. If you’re outside of York or Durham Region, feel free to reach out — we can explore how I might support you, too.
